THE PATTERN WORTH SEEING

Battery does not follow price. The $529.99 Theragun PRO runs 120 minutes; the $429.99 Prime Plus runs 150; the $159.99 Relief runs the same 120 as the PRO. Across the whole catalogue the cheapest device with a published runtime — the $109.99 SleepMask — outlasts everything else in it.

Worth knowing

Venom Go is the one product that publishes two runtimes rather than one: up to an hour on level 1 heat, but around 20 minutes on level 3 with vibration. Every other manufacturer figure here is a single best-case number, so read them all as level-1 figures.

WHAT DEGRADES IT

Heat, full discharges and long storage at 100% are the usual culprits with any lithium cell. Neither brand publishes a cycle rating, so none of that guidance comes from them — it is general battery behaviour, and this site would rather say that plainly than dress it up as manufacturer advice.
