Head to head · One is discontinued
There is no comparison to make on current prices, because Therabody no longer sells the Elite. Its product page returns a 404, and it is absent from Therabody's own massage gun collection and from its buying guide. When we checked in late August 2026, the only Elite listing left on the site was a Certified Refurbished unit at $279, sold out — treat that as a snapshot rather than a price, because refurbished stock moves. The Prime G6 at $329.99 and the Prime Plus at $429.99 now occupy the slot it held.

The call
Option 01
$329.99, five speeds, 120 minutes, and it is on sale today. Fewer attachments than the Elite had, but it is a device you can actually order with a warranty behind it.
Option 02
$299.99 and the cheapest Theragun with a display and guided routines. If the OLED was why you wanted the Elite, this is the nearest current thing, and it costs less.
Option 03
Therabody publishes no runtime, weight or warranty figure for it any more, so there is little left to check a seller's claims against. The speed count and the five attachments are the only figures that survive on the refurbished listing.
