Both brands label some products TSA friendly, but that phrase is theirs, not the TSA's. Lithium batteries belong in carry-on, not checked baggage — and that is the rule that actually governs it.

Devices with built-in lithium batteries go in carry-on baggage. This is standard airline policy rather than anything specific to recovery equipment, and it applies whether or not a manufacturer has called the product travel-friendly. Checked baggage is where problems start.
Worth knowing
TSA friendly is a manufacturer's phrase. It is not a certification, and it does not bind any security officer or airline. Treat it as a hint about size and battery type, not a guarantee about what happens at the checkpoint.
If the trip is the reason you are buying, weight is the spec to read. Venom Go is 0.2 lb. Normatec Go is 1.2 lb for the pair. Theragun Mini G3 is 0.40 kg. Hypervolt Go 3 is 1.6 lb with four hours of battery, which is the best runtime-per-pound figure on this site.
At the other end: Normatec Elite Legs is 6.4 lb total, and JetBoots Prime is 6 lb in Regular — Therabody publishes 5.5 lb for Small and 6.3 lb for Large. Those are systems you travel with deliberately, not ones you throw in a bag.
Normatec 3 Full Body and Lower Body ship with three international adapters. Nothing else documented here states that it does, so check the charger's voltage range before assuming it will work abroad.

Neither Hyperice nor Therabody publishes guidance on using compression boots in flight, and no cabin crew is bound by a manufacturer's travel label. It is the airline's decision, so ask before you fly. On battery, the Normatec Go publishes up to three hours and weighs 1.2 lb, which is the only system documented here small enough to make the question practical.
Neither brand publishes folded or packed dimensions for any boot system, so there is no figure to measure a bag against. Weight is what they do publish: 1.2 lb for the Normatec Go against 6.4 lb for the Normatec Elite Legs system. The only published dimensions anywhere in this range belong to the Venom 2 Back wrap, at 48 by 11 by 2 inches.
Hyperice publishes up to three hours for the Normatec Go, across three zones and a 40 to 200 mmHg pressure range, in a 1.2 lb package. That is the same three-hour figure Hyperice publishes for the much larger Normatec 3 systems. If a trip runs longer than that, the charger has to travel with you.
By published weight the Theragun Mini G3, at 0.40 kg, which ships with three attachments and three speeds of 1750, 2100 and 2400 percussions per minute for $219.99. The $279.99 Theragun Mini Plus is heavier at 31.2 oz, ships with one attachment, and Therabody does not publish its speed count. The Mini G3 is the smaller and better documented option.
