Head to head · $200 apart
Two hundred dollars, the same 120-minute battery, and a strange asymmetry: Therabody publishes a speed count for the $329.99 Prime and does not publish one for the $529.99 PRO. What the PRO does buy is four more attachments and a rotating arm.

The call
Option 01
Same battery, lighter, two hundred dollars less, and it is the one whose speed count Therabody actually prints. For most people this is the honest answer.
Option 02
Six attachments against two, and the rotating arm that makes your own back reachable. If you are treating other people, or you want the heads without buying them separately, that is what the two hundred dollars is.
Option 03
The PRO's runtime is 120 minutes. The Prime Plus, at $429.99, runs 150. Battery does not track price anywhere in this line — check our battery guide before you assume the expensive one lasts longer.
